SO!  This isn’t a completed chapter, nor has it been named yet (I’ll figure that part out as I go along), but it’s the next chapter in my fan fiction and yes, it features Leon and Claire at a touching and (considerably) vulnerable moment.  As I’d said, unfinished, so I’ll get the rest of it up once it’s written out and ready to go hehe XD!!!

A short synopsis of the story is that it’s AU to RE5 and a global outbreak has occurred, so fights against it are going on everywhere in order to try to keep the world intact.  A week has passed since those events first started, it’s late evening on Thanksgiving, and Claire is safe in Atlanta, one of the last quarantined cities, trying to contact her brother Chris who was in the states but not on duty when everything started.  She hasn’t yet been able to connect with him due to bad signals everywhere and the loss of satellite control, and Leon, who’d helped get her to the city safely, comes by to wish her a Happy Thanksgiving, among a few other reasons.

And no, this isn’t completed, so yes, there are typos and whatnot.  Just pointing it out so everyone will know!!!  So without further ado…….:D!!!

“Damn it!”

Claire cussed as she sat her wireless phone on the nightstand next to her bed. She would’ve thrown the thing if she wasn’t afraid of breaking it, which definitely wouldn’t help the situation of trying to get into contact with her MIA brother, so she controlled her frustration and merely settled it onto the wooden surface instead.

A whole week had passed since the world started going to hell, and still no answer. With a sigh of breath, she put her elbows to her knees and leaned her chin against her palms, trying not to worry so much that she made herself sick.
